Homework poems. [necklace and novel] Empty
PostSubject: Homework poems. [necklace and novel]   Homework poems. [necklace and novel] Icon_minitimeSun Oct 25, 2009 8:16 pm

I'm on the second chapter of the book I'm writing! Yay! :]

Now, I had to do a poem IN school, and a poem for homework[first one had to be on an pretty *ahem ugly* necklace she gave us]. CC the craz fo me.

Here y'are:

" A brass necklace rests on a book,
showing off it's colorful beauty.
Beads like fire glow for its look,
and chains jingle, lacking a duty.

Golden loops are the final touch,
with stones of glamor and good looks.
Like priceless jewels, that shine very much,
it might be an attraction to crooks.

Then at last, there is a shell,
as lonely as a penguin in Congo.
It's sitting there, as if it fell,
right into the middle of a halo. "

" A novel sits on a shelf,
ready to be read.
It's cover and size, describing itself,
an adventure unopen or dead.

Pages filled with beautiful words,
describes it in such imagery.
Illustrations fill the book, like herds
of camels in the depths of Petra or Turkey. " [originally UAE, but you probably don't know what country that is]
